1. Scope of Services
Central Ohio Vinyl Plank Installation provides luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installation services, including related preparation, removal, and finishing work. All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are free and non-binding. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was observed during the estimate, or if the client changes the scope of work after the estimate is provided.
3. Installation Agreements
A signed agreement and deposit are required to schedule installation. The agreement specifies the scope of work, materials to be installed, estimated timeline, and total project cost. Any changes to the scope of work after the agreement is signed will be documented in a change order.
4. Warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on flooring materials vary by product and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will provide warranty documentation for your specific product upon request.
